SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle company accounts, day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and finalisation of accounts.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, ITC-04 and annual GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, quarterly returns and related statutory compliances.
- Maintain directors' accounts, including capital, loans, advances, remuneration and related-party transactions.
- Manage and monitor company and directors' investment portfolios, including Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Shares and other financial instruments.
- Track investment maturities, interest income, dividends and returns, ensuring proper accounting and maintenance of investment records.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professionals for audits, tax assessments and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of ROC filings, Companies Act requirements and maintenance of statutory records will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliances.
- Hands-on experience in company accounts and finalisation of financial statements.
- Knowledge of directors' accounts and investment portfolio management.
- Understanding of ROC compliances and Companies Act provisions will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and other accounting software.
Location. Khar -Mumbai
Candidates with experience in manufacturing Company will be preferred.
