We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Operations & Logistics Executive who can keep our orders moving, our inventory in check and our deliveries on track!

What You’ll Be Doing

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

•  Manage daily orders across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and other online and offline sales channels.
•  Ensure orders are accurately processed, packed and dispatched on time.
•  Monitor order fulfilment and resolve dispatch-related issues.

🚚 B2B & Bulk Order Management

•  Coordinate bulk orders for retailers, distributors and other business partners.
•  Plan and oversee packing, shipping and dispatch schedules for large orders.
•  Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries.

🧩 Inventory Management

•  Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock counts.
•  Track stock movement, monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock or discrepancy issues.
•  Maintain updated inventory reports using Excel.

🏭 Warehouse Coordination

•  Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
•  Oversee stock organisation, order picking, packing and dispatch.
•  Ensure accuracy in inventory handling and movement.

📊 Reporting & Process Improvement

•  Prepare regular reports on orders, dispatches, inventory and logistics performance
•  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dispatch accuracy, delivery timelines and inventory discrepancies.
•  Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

🤝 Vendor & Customer Coordination

•  Liaise with courier companies, logistics partners, suppliers and vendors.
•  Follow up on delayed shipments, returns and delivery issues.
•  Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related customer queries.

What We’re Looking For

•  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including inventory tracking and reporting.
•  Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce order management.
•  Familiarity with Shopify is an advantage.
•  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines and operational priorities.
•  Good communication and coordination skills.
•  A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
•  Prior experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment or inventory management is preferred.
