Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The role involves project planning, execution, monitoring, site coordination, quality control, team management, and timely project completion within the defined schedule and quality standards.

Qualification:

• Postgraduate in Construction Management preferred.

• Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

• Prior experience in the turnkey or interior fit-out industry will be an added advantage.

Required Software Skills:

• MS Excel

• AutoCAD

• MS Project (MSP)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, monitor, and manage project execution.

2. Forecast project completion dates and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.

3. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for clients and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).

4. Plan manpower requirements and manage project teams.

5. Conduct quantity surveying for material procurement.

6. Ensure timely fulfilment of material requests and follow up on deliveries.

7. Conduct project and site meetings with internal teams for coordination and work planning.

8. Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, clients, architects, and PMCs.

9. Ensure Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) are received from sites.

10. Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at project sites.

11. Take initial and final site measurements and share the required data with the design team.

12. Verify working drawings against actual site measurements to ensure accuracy.

13. Oversee day-to-day site operations and visit project sites across India to review progress.

14. Conduct quality inspections using checklists and resolve site snags.

15. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

16. Handle project delays, emergencies, and site-related challenges while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) requirements.

17. Supervise and evaluate staff and maintain attendance and timesheet records.

18. Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable government regulations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

19. Ensure timely project delivery as per approved plans and schedules.

20. Obtain project completion certificates from clients and maintain proper records.

21. Ensure complete project handover documentation for smooth project closure.

22. Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives.
